Canned plum tomatoes with garlic

This dish is very common in my country, was formerly preserved plum tomatoes, was the way with tomatoes tomatoes have hung over the year. It is a salad made of tomatoes and desalted with chopped garlic.


Ingredients for 4 people: 800 gr

canned plum tomatoes 300 gr.
salt cod 3 fresh garlic

Notes:
