Benzonatate Getting High

A different way to eat lettuce is to make au gratin, endive and its texture is ideal for this. The gratin rolled with a slice of ham. It is a very simple dish to prepare which I hope you like it.


Ingredients for 3 people: small endives

Notes:

- You can change the endives and leeks if you do not like the bitterness of the endive point.
- The cheese used on this occasion was manchego but everyone can use the one that best suits your palate.
- Nutmeg is a very peculiar kind of flavor, use sparingly if you're not used to its taste.
